Excited to try an app that is clearly not intuitive nor intended for international users and has no English? Do you enjoy giving feedback for apps that aren’t quite right (but handle all your money)? Are you excited to be part of a great collective registration of international beta testers (some of us forced to do this because your company owns the bank)? Oh boy, get excited and download this app!
There are extensive things in Bahasa Indonesian that you have to check and agree to before using the app but it’s not possible to get a translation for all these terms and conditions. Am I selling my children to Nobu or just agreeing to use their services? Who knows because it’s in long form Indonesian.
And that’s agreeing to the beginning of a long term [likely frustrating and abusive] financial relationship. Don’t worry, if you were one of those who weren’t required to open an account and somehow found this bank on your own, you can leave anytime something happens. For the rest of us, it’s Hotel California.
Please add an English interface!! Both CIMB and Mandiri do and I’m disappointed your app is all in Bahasa.
