When I went on the game I had all my clothes but when I accidentally logged out it was all gone. I don’t know if it’s a bug or not be pls help and tell me how to get my clothes back😔Erekdh

WONT LOG IN AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE
Don’t know if my review was sent so I’m re-writing it. I made a purchase in the game days ago and deleted the app so I can download the latest version of the game. But when I tried logging in on the account I made a purchase on, it only showed a notice that says “You are currently playing on another device, please close the game on another.” Which doesn’t make sense as I don’t have another device to play this on. I started to wonder if my game was somehow hacked but when I tried to log in on a second account I had on the game it wouldn’t let me log in on that one either however it didn’t give the notice it just acted as if it was loading but never did. Please fix this! I really enjoy the game and wanna give it a five star rating but since I spent money on this game and can’t even play it now I’m really annoyed. But if you guys can fix this and I can edit my review afterward then I would be more then happy to make this 1 star review a 5 star review.Show lessBlessFriend

I beta tested this game, and the game itself is amazing, much more dynamic than the original and presents more challenges.
However the in-app prices are ridiculously expensive for very little actual in-game currency. For example, you could pay $9.99 for only 1,000 gems, which is practically nothing inside the game’s system. The prices need to be seriously adjusted for what they’re providing to users.
Additionally the game is missing a lot of the original pieces from the first, like recreations of ISAC (idol sports Olympics) or the skill training of the original.
What I enjoyed about the original was that you didn’t need in-app purchases to have a good and successful game— its problem was repetition. The new version dropped several aspects of the beta with overtly expensive in-app prices.Show lessArkgev363
Love this game but I need help!
One of my groups was preparing for their full album but for some reason I couldn’t see on the screen how many weeks they had left till the release of their album so I exited the game, I tried to come back and the game kept kicking me out and so I deleted the game to then redownload it and when I tried to sign in it said that I was playing the game on another device (which I wasn’t) I only played this game on my ipad,now I don’t have access to my stuff.
I really don’t want to start all over because I’ve worked so hard and dedicated so much time but I’m not sure what to do because starting all over seems like the best option for me right now, Any help is appreciated!Show lesskiwipiwi_

This game is fun and definitely an improvement on the first one. The developers are making changes FAST and every single update has made this game more functional and fun to play. I just kinda wish they’d save the updates for a few times a week instead of every single day thought Thank you for listening to feedback!!
