مزايا التطبيق:
- الاكل جيد وانصح به
مساوىء التطبيق:
- التطبيق متواضع جداً وبدائي.
- صور الوجبات ومكوناتها المذكورة بعضها غير صحيحة.
- وجبة خفيفة من الفاكهة تصل اليك غير ناضجة وحامضة جداً ويفضل اختيار الفاكهة ذات الطعم الجيد والمستوية.
- الباقات مبهمة وغير مذكور فيها اجمالي السعرات الحرارية.
- الباقات متواضعه وليست ذكية حيث عند البدأ بالطلب يطلب منك الطول والوزن ومع ذلك عدد السعرات لايتغير، مثال لو مشترك وزنه ٦٠ كيلو راح يجيه نفس عدد السعرات لواحد وزنه ٢٠٠ كيلو مافي فرق.
- وقت التوصيل سيء، عادةً والمتعارف عليه يكون توصيل الوجبات الصباح باكراً او بالليل لكن هذا التطبيق يوصلون الوجبات قبل بيوم والساعه ٣ العصر.
- تواصل خدمة العملاء لديهم عن طريق الواتس اب والرد بطيء جدا وغير متفاعلين وفي حال الرد تكون الردود في الصباح الباكر عند الساعة ١ فجراً.Talal868
