I recently downloaded this app and paid the money but still it doesn’t provide background subtitles for everything that I am try to watch. Very disappointing

Hi Recently there was an error that subtitles did not show up with videos with auto-generated subtitles. Please download the latest update and try again. In addition, we do not charge for the function of displaying translated subtitles, it is free. Regards

The translation isn’t amazing from Spanish to English. Plus the download button doesn’t work.
