Not the best
I had to app for two weeks and it was working perfectly fine. Then it started to stop working and I couldn’t view anything and when I tried to sign in, the sign in button wouldn’t work. I have already ordered 3 sonny angels and I’m wanna see my points but I already tried to sign in on my phone and IPad and they both have the same problem:(

It’s okay…
It really depends, I love how you can track the angels you have and It’s great for seeing what you want for your collection. Though the problem is the app doesn’t always work, it always says network error for me and never works which is quite annoying. I’ve also ordered from SA multiple times and there are zero SA points in my account which is another problem with the app, overall it depends…

Please fix this
I appreciate the concept behind this app, but it has numerous issues that need to be addressed. It repeatedly shows a network error and fails to display any content, which is frustrating. Beyond showing my rewards points—if I can even log in—there are no real benefits to using it. The app needs more features and functionalities; the current setup simply doesn't make sense.

Won’t let me sign in.
I love Sonny Angels, but the app won’t let me sign in. I made an account online, and I put my info in on the app and it just had a loading sign for a second and didn’t say anything, it just stayed on the sign in screen. It also said “network error” even though I have full WiFi and everything else works. For now I’m just going to stick to online.

Doesn’t let me login
This app I’ve had some problems with in the past but it was talking about a network error. When I was checking to see if I have received my points yet. I should have a lot of points by now but haven’t received about 15 of them and it’s been over 30 days. I’ve once already had to contact them before although on another order but they take forever to respond and are not helpful.

Confused
Is anyone else having the issue today where nothing showing up and it’s saying that I don’t have Wi-Fi or any sort of network when every one of my apps is working and I have three bars of service? Still hasn’t changed any.
Horrible App
Sonny Angels are my favorite but this app is the absolute worst. It logs me out every single day and when I am logged in it wont even load and let me use it. It needs a huge update revamp because it literally is the worst working app I have ever used. Right now it wont even let me log in.
Pretty Useless for Smiski Collectors
I’ve used the app only twice and the second time using it doesn’t work at all at the moment. I only collect smiski so I rarely have need for the app anyways because it doesn’t have any features for smiski. I’m currently getting a network error that others have mentioned getting for a while. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can’t even log back in. I just want to find other stores to buy smiski in my state.

Can’t even make an account
I downloaded the app so I could try to find retailers near me. I can’t even make a profile or anything because nothing in the app is working. I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it, that didn’t work. I even made an account on the website, but that has to be different from the one on the app, which is very pointless. I just wanna find a store that sells Sonny Angels, but I can’t do that because I can’t get the app to work.
