If you are going to use a board and train, I would look elsewhere. Most other board and trains offer lifelong support, but not Full Circle. As soon as they have your money and your boarding is done, you get one follow up and then they send you on your way until you pay them again. The owner even referred to himself as a “salesman first.” They barely communicate with you if you have additional questions or problems that arise and charge you an “alumni rate” of $150 if you need more in-person support than the one allotted follow up. You can really tell the difference between their communication while your dog is boarded and their communication as soon as your dog leaves. When your dog is boarding with them, they will make you feel foolish for expressing that you miss your dog. They will also tell you that you should not pet your dog at all. So please also consider that when making your training decisions. They are not behaviorists so if you have a dog with behavior issues they will show you some basic training concepts and that’s the end of it.
When our dog came home, he was really depressed withdrawn. Quickly thereafter, he became more aggressive and we took him to a licensed DVM behaviorist (an actual doctor) who told us to reverse everything that Full Circle told us to do because it was causing harm to our dog. The behaviorist also informed us that their office had heard many reports about Full Circle and their negative reinforcement tactics.
Full Circle does not care about you or your dog. They do not care about your relationship with your dog. They just want your money.
Also, their trainer Travis is an ex felon. Information they did not disclose until he was inside our house.
