Bluetooth doesn’t work. Zero instructions
How do you make an app, and device, and create Bluetooth functionality, but include absolutely zero instructions on how to connect to the device? There’s nothing on YouTube. Nothing on the website. Nothing in the instruction manual. And nothing in the app itself. In fact you have an entire FAQ section and there isn’t a single question about problems connecting by Bluetooth. I load up the app, and it finds no devices. Bluetooth is enabled on my phone, and for the app. It doesn’t find the device. So what do I do now? You’ve got zero help documentation and you’re closed on the weekends.
