Don’t recommend the fitness club
I don't recommend it. I went to a gym in Sydney for the first time since I recently moved to Australia and didn't know which one to choose. The customer service was terrible and absolutely unhelpful. From the start, during the purchase of the membership, they offered a spa area, but no one showed it to me. It turned out to be communal with very limited offerings. However, this was not the main disappointment. I attended this gym for quite a while and then became pregnant. I was advised to stop working out. When I went to the center to pause my membership, they told me that unfortunately, I couldn't do it immediately and that they would charge me again in two weeks, which would be the last payment. But, two weeks after the last payment, they charged me again. I went to the gym to find out why this happened. They said that everything was correct and that this was indeed the last payment, as the charge was for a full month. As a result, this company charged me for a month when I didn't attend the gym. I highly do not recommend it and will never use this chain again, and I will continue to share this experience with everyone I know.

The worst app in the universe
It is so bad, one star is an overrating it! I can’t login for the life of me, so couldn’t book Monti a class, turned up to a full class and took someone else’s spot, got rightfully kicked out.
