Disappointing
I hit was so excited that I finally found an app that would allow me to type musical symbols. But this app doesn’t do that at all, as far as I can tell. For instance, If I click an accent mark it spells out the word “accent”. It doesn’t actually put in the symbol. Unless I’m missing something that makes this app completely useless to me. Because I can write out words already! But I really need an app that allows me to write the actual musical symbols themselves.

This app is not meant for typing symbols, but rather using symbols or abbreviations to trigger words or sentences. If you still would like to trigger a symbol with a symbol, you can copy our existing symbol and paste this in the shortcut field.
