Great app, one suggestion
I’ve been a loyal hair saloon customer for over 12 years. Very happy with the new app. One request: There are several stylists that I prefer to see. The appointment setter defaults to the last one, which is fine. When one selects ‘Anyone’, could you show the available stylist’s name along with the time? I believe the previous version allowed that somehow.Show lesscwsmith68
User Friendly
The Hair Saloon app is super easy to use and is convenient. You are able to schedule a haircut and also additional services they offer all in one spot. The ability to cancel with a click of a button is nice too if you are sick etc. Well done Hair Saloon!TGorczyca
Much improved
My only suggestion, which would bring the app to 5 stars, is to allow you to select the time you want for your cut to then see WHAT STYLISTS are available. Most people have several stylists they work with rather than just one.djp2025

App Still Has A BIG Problem with “Account”!
I’ve reported this problem in the past, and the latest Update has not resolved the problem. The problem is — When you touch the siloute in the upper right corner to go to your Account Settings, the app crashes!!Pag2204

Buggy, missing features
1. If I hit the location icon and tap on a location the app crashes - iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 15.2.1
2. The app does not correctly scale text with my phone default font set larger than the default. Words run off the right side of the screen
3. The original Hair Saloon app brought up a schedule grid of ALL available hairdressers and when they were available. This visual grid system is far superior to the current solution: choosing each person from a drop down and reading their schedule from a list. I know why it’s this way. The old app appeared to have been custom developed SPECIFICALLY for Hair Saloon or at least specifically for hair salons. The new app is a based on generic platform (MyTime) that allows “people” to book “stuff”. This comes through in the quality of the experience.Show lessJEFFTBERG
