    I’m a 66 year old woman and decided to give this app a try as I was starting to feel stiff whenever I stood up or got out of a car! I have been doing the first two sets of exercises for about a week now and have managed to do them most days! Both sets together take me about 15 mins. I can’t do push ups so I do those kneeling and I can’t do the side planks without having the side of my knee on the ground so that’s what I do. Nor can I get my back off the ground when I do the abdominal crunch but I go as far as I can. Since doing them I have stopped feeling stiff! I feel quite out of breath at times so that must be good and I can feel that some of them are strengthening exercises because I’m out of breath while still e.g the side planks. I recommend them full heartedly. Just adapt to suit what you can do eg I have a dodgy ankle so I don’t do the high knee runs I just walk them! I’m writing this review as it will unlock the next set of exercises for free and I want to see if I can do any of them!

    I wish the app had more options that were free. It all around was super fun I would just like to see more options and more fun workouts!! But I love it lots!
