Decent app when it works. Bluetooth will always connect to the device (after I have to search for it manually), but half the time, the sound doesn’t work. The light feature can always be changed with Bluetooth, so I know it’s connected, but the sound doesn’t come out. I have to physically get up and turn it on/off with the hard button.

Can't find device
Pretty much a useless device. Can't find the device after it's already been paired for a month.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have fixed the issue and can use it normally after updating the app at the App Store.
No customer service
Trying to connect and is not easy…finally got connected on iPhone, but cannot add to my tablet. Sent email several days ago and no reply…..will probably return. And I can’t even complete this review as it doesn’t like my names
