I have issues with the app crashing and rating papers as having plagiarism in them and they donโt.

I have been trying for the last 10mins to check for plagiarism on 1200words. The buffer keeps spinning. There should be some kind of progress bar. I can't tell if it's still working or my my internet is down. I don't think it's the latter. Anyway, it's not working
