My family had been using multiple apps to keep track of our calendars, photos, to chat and more. We started using Podz a couple months ago and we aren’t looking back! It was pretty easy to get it set up. I simply imported my Google and iPhone calendars into Podz and now my family has one great calendar. Love the poll feature too. Easy to use and the reminders and to do’s are great. It is also amazing for travel planning — a place to keep and share all the vacation photos, put in restaurant reviews, schedule events, chat with those family or friends who are going on the vacation with you. I absolutely love it and no longer even use any other calendar. Highly recommend!!
Downloaded 7/31/24 to new iPhone 15. Set up pod. Tried to add event. Immediate crash. Relaunched, tried again. Immediate crash. Very disappointed. Moving on.

Duncanlsu - I am so sorry to hear about your initial experience, and thank you for reporting this issue. We must have missed this in testing this latest release as I was able to recreate issue. If you go back in to the app (this version), the app will not crash again, it is just the initial sequence (create account, create pod, create event). We have submitted a fix to this for 2.18.8 and it should be available within a day. My apologies again for the bad initial experience. If you wouldn't mind giving it another try and hopefully updating the 1 star review, it would be greatly appreciated.This app ROCKS, it really helps me and my team stay organized and informed. Plus, it’s secure. Solid app and would absolutely recommend to everyone!
We use this app to organize our adult league hockey team. It has all the great features - calendar of events, poll in/out, drinks duty - and has a great chat feature that we use almost daily! It’s a must download!!
I just started to use the app, but noticed a few things. There's no way in the app or on the website to actually contact support or make feature/idea requests.

In the next release, we will add the ability to request a feature or get support directly in the app! Could be good but right off the bat there is required phone numbers and url for things that don’t have either. I’d I cannot customize and skip things I don’t need it’s just too much trouble to go any further . If all fields could be customized skipped or removed and my own added where I actually need then it would be great.

Hi bobbiday93 I appreciate you trying out the application. There are no required URLs or phone numbers, all data is optional. For example, an event has a place to enter a URL, e.g., for an online meeting or a link to a airbnb url for lodging, but you can just skip it. For an event, only a name, day and time is required, everything else is optional. There is an optional phone number for a contact or a location as well, but you can skip these. No phone number is needed to create an account. I will look into ways to make it more clear that fields are optional (many say [Optional] inside the field). I would appreciate any ideas you have to make this more clear and make Podz better. Please give it another go and send me your feed back. I would really appreciate it. Thanks! This app has been a fantastic addition to my family! We are able to communicate quickly and clearly with each other about upcoming family events. The calendar function keeps all of our plans organized, and inviting everyone is a breeze. Now, we’re closer and more connected than ever. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who has had struggles with organizing family, business, or club events. ModPod is the way to go!
