Why can’t send the robot back to docking from the App
Very limited function
Why on earth can I not send this back to the docking station via the app??
Vacuum record not working
The app stopped tracking the vacuum after using for a couple of weeks. So I have no idea of where the vacuum has actually cleaned now - it is stuck showing a map of a clean from over a week ago. Reported immediately, but no response received, so poor app and poor customer service.
