Love the buds, problem with the app
I absolutely love the Redemption ANC 2 earbuds. I’ll write a separate review about them. My problem is with the app. After connecting to the earbuds and clicking on a few different settings the app crashes. Fortunately I can change one or two settings before it crashes, but it’s not a great experience. I hope an update is on the way!Working Stiff 1
Always Crashes
This app crashes almost every time I open it. I have the Redemption ANC 2 and it connects but I try to rename it? Crash. Open the FAQ? Crash. Try to change the listening mode? Crash. This app is in dire need of an update seeing as it can’t handle any task it was built for.demonslayer64

I’m seeing negative reviews because people didn’t read the full app description or info on the Marley site. For now, this is ONLY for Redemption ANC 2 earbuds.
Once you realize that, you’ll be a happy camper.
I’m able to customize my sound profile and I like being able to change my touch controls.
It’s a first for the company so I’m sure it’ll only get better as they go along. Love my earbuds!!Tiigerlili

Limited use
I own 5 different Marley BT products. (3 headphones - 2 speakers)
This app currently does not recognize any of them. I assume it connects to ANC2 models only?
I can confirm is does not work on Get Together, No Bounds, Smile Jamaica, Rebel True or Positive Vibe XL…. But I did get an email saying you’ve bought stuff - get the app. I guess I’ve bought all the wrong stuff.
Still love the product - just not the app. Yet.BungyFish_NY
