Great App!

Ever evolving, Great customer service, intuitive feel for making working in retail easier!

Put titles on question mode

Besides it being a bit slow, the only other thing is that I wish it had the event title while on question mode. Sometimes I have to look away to do something else and then when I come back to the app, I am not sure what I am on. The OneHub at least still had the title while on question mode.

Operation issues

This app does not work on my iPhone 13. For some reason it does not open up

Complicated

One hub was so easy to navigate and use this app is horrible even my lead has to resort to using 1HUB again.

Genius 🤓

AS of May 15, 2024, AMP is complete failure and does not allow completion of M- Plan questions. I USING ONE HUB AGAIN, AMP technology is LAUGHABLE !!!!!! 😭🤓

Sad app for 2024

AMP= Always Making Problems. This app is horrible. Not in the least bit “user friendly”. Consistently glitches, gives errors, runs slow, access issues with photo’s, drains your battery even more than 1Hub, etc. I am a supervisor and this app has ONLY created more work and interruptions of my daily work because each of my employees either have difficulty using it or one the issues mentioned above occurs. Seriously, whoever the developers are or IT is for this app, please “get on your game”. Please fix some of the coding, you can tell by the reviews that it is driving people nuts!

Buggy

UI is much better if only it worked. Can’t check in or sync

Difficulty

This app does not work too many problems, not easy to understand like 1Hub, on some days it will not let me clock in, recently I submitted my mplan on the day it was completed but days later while checking my work schedule it says work was not completed (incomplete) and I know for sure that I completed and submitted on the day I worked.

Does not work

Needs some up dates

Does not work on IPhone 14.

For some reason this app will not work on my IPhone 14. It does work on my IPad. Developer could not resolve the problem. Every time I spoke with someone I was told to do the same thing over again…..delete and reload app, verify settings, turn phone on and off and verify my telephone software was up to date. They were searching Google to resolve the problem. It was suggested for me to turn off my Apple Watch. The suggestion was made that it might be the operating system. I didn’t have this problem with 1Hub.
