Will not connect
I have tried to connect my son’s OrCam Learn to 4 different devices. It will not connect. It gets to 75% and says it cannot pair. I’ve tried everything. To make things worse OrCam support hasn’t gotten back to me, ever, and I’ve submitted several request for help. This was an extremely expensive device designed to be easy to use. For the price it’s not worth it. I’m going to return it and try something else. For over $700.00 it should be seamless.SMTWBTM
Won’t let me use it
The orcam works, sorta. But I can’t use the app at all. It just takes me through the tips page over and over and over again.HiloImSam
App is poorly designed
There is no way to manage the subscription from the app and the password recovery for the website doesn’t send the email it’s supposed to send. I was really looking forward to using this for my studies but what a waste of money.Njmazza
Activation
I was excited to unbox this device and set it up but like the previous review stated the app is not working properly. However I will love to use the product! Please Help!Dyslexic Chick1
Set up is horrible
I purchase this for my daughters learning disabilities and I am not able to set it up. I’ve downloaded it it just say an email was sent and when I receive the email I’ll click confirm and that’s it. There’s no activating my device and my device keeps saying it needs to be activate so it’s a little frustrating.Danster420
