Audio glitches relentlessly
They should just drop the audio feature - through many updates it has never worked.

Honestly it’s embarrassing that MSU can’t do better than this. This app works on exactly zero levels.
Streaming in the car works great
I guess streaming issues are fixed. I listened in the car while headed “up north” and had no problems.
Can’t login - system uses outdated login info
The system has my current email address, and used it to let me reset my password, but then requires me to use an address and password that I have had for 15 years or more. I expect much more from my alma mater.

Terrible audio
This app is so glitchy. Freezes often when listening to the radio. Is slow to play or won’t start at all.

Bad.
Bad. Bad. Bad…. So bad! Audio will not stream steadily, even when connect to home WiFi where it’s capable of streaming multiple TV’s at once. Please do better quickly!

Cuts out regularly. You never get more then a few minutes without the feed going out for a random amount of time.

Audio streaming is awful
Like some others have said, the audio streaming pauses every 10 to 20 seconds, even when I’m connected to my home, high speed Wi-Fi. I don’t live in Michigan anymore so I like to be able to listen to the games but it’s just not possible with this app.
I literally have to download the app for our opposing team and listen to the games that way.
I have not called support but what a shame that others have found that to be a pointless pursuit. Denying the issue doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue. Do better.

Embarrassing
App is barely usable. Every time you navigate away for even the shortest amount of time, it closes out the page and activity you were on and reverts to the main page, which makes it incredibly difficult and error prone to use any of the ticket management functions. It’s as if no one designing the app has ever used it or designed similar app functions. Terrible. An embarrassment to the university.
