REGISTRATION
Starlight Software Solutions is available to new or existing customers of hauling companies currently using the system. REGISTRATION COST
There is no payment required or cost to subscribers’ customers for using the service. The conveniences offered by Starlight Software Solutions are added values subscribers offer to help their customers optimize efficiencies through their services which include a single source of reference for all documentation and information related to the services rendered.
Company Info
Starlight’s team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives will set up customized systems for subscribers that include pricing. initial job site locations, invoicing and statement preferences and preferred payment methods for individual accounts. Our team members will also create the association interface subscribers and individuals from their client companies downloading and registering to use specific apps.
Payment Charge
Customers of Starlight Subscribers will use the app to specify the type of container they want, the date, the location at their site and upload contact information for the person available to answer any questions at the time of service. When a Subscriber’s customer finalizes an order request, their credit card is authorized, but not charged. The order request details are relayed to a company Customer Service Rep who reviews the order. The CSR may speak with or chat via the app with the customer to finalize details. The CSR then confirms availability of the service to match the customer order request details, and the CSR stages the pending payment to be run on a credit card the day before the service is rendered. The customer receives an order confirmation in the app. This process is identical to the manual, phone-based order system the company uses today.
Payment Refund
Refunds will be posted via credit card or posted as a credit on account for Subscribers’ customers with account status. Open and paid invoices as well as credits will be viewable through the order status and history features of the app.
On Account
For customers that have established credit with the Subscribing company, requested orders are confirmed by Starlight CSR and the charge is posted to their account and invoiced after the service is provided. This process is identical to the manual, phone-based order system the company uses today. Subscribers’ customers who receive invoices and statements by mail and typically pay by check will be uploaded by a
subscriber staff member. Invoices, both open and paid, are viewable in the app also.
Other Payments
Use of the app by a Subscribing Company’s client is entirely free.
