  • Poor Camera Use and Inability to ID

Tried the trial. Firstly, the camera is impossible to use. If you leave focus at the preset level it cannot ID and says sample is too small. If you increase focus you cannot even find the sample without waving the camera all over the background. Never could ID a single sample.
  • Pathetic

Download this app, then asked for monthly billing..
  • Greedy

Do not install its a scam and a waste of time and or money!
  • Not Free. No Samples.

It lets you grant it all the permissions and take your photo of the first stone you want to identify. But, unlike other apps, this one just tells you it has the answer, it knows what kind of rock that is. Just, if YOU wanna know you’re going to have to sign up for a premium subscription.
  • NO ACCESS WITHOUT $

I’m really annoyed that so many apps can be downloaded but then you can’t access ANYTHING without subscribing. Please be up front about this on the app page so we needn’t waste out time downloading it then trying to use it if we don’t want to pay yet another subscription for something. 😖
  • This app is wrong more times than the weatherman

I would have given it one star, but I was once told that no one take those reviews seriously. Honestly, I think this app should be removed from the play store. Apple is supposed to check these apps out, right? You have a better chance of being struck by lightning than this app does identifying a group of 5 different stones your trying to identify. Yes, it spits out 5 random minerals or stones. The only qualities that may be the same might be the color. Don’t even do the free trial. I deleted the app and stopped the subscription and still got charged for a year. Apple won’t give your money back and neither will the conman that made the app. Shame on you Apple for even letting this app get past your guidelines and get in the App Store. I even suggested changing the payment to a real working app that I pay for monthly so they could still keep the money and they couldn’t do nothing for me. I also contacted the D-Team and gave them the opportunity to just refund my money for their bogus app before I left a review, but there leader Mr. No-T Did not respond. As expected no refund. So don’t get this app and do the free trial. It’s a trap and I think they hacked my phone.🎤💧

  • Useless

Dear developer, if you want to charge for subscription, please make sure that your app works. Your identifier feature is useless. It sees every rock is crystal or calcite. I don’t believe that you don’t know that it doesn’t work. Are you just scamming people?
  • 26 pounds paid for something that doesn’t work

This app took 26 pounds of me which I was unable to get back and get to dispute trough my bank. It doesn’t work at all . Shocking
  • Doesn’t accurately identify anything

Gave the app a try with the free trial, but even with clearly focused stones in good lighting it seems to randomly generate stones, and 3/3 tries were wayyyy wrong. Deleted the app already. A waste of time, and glad I didn’t pay for it 🤦🏼‍♀️
  • Fake and seems like a scam.

I downloaded to ID one one rock that I have. The camera on the app will not focus on the rock at all (my phone's camera takes very detailed pictures, and other rock ID apps I have will focus in detail on my rocks). The camera is only focusing on the mat behind my rock.

The scam: the mat behind the rock is in clear detail, the rock is extremely blurry and unidentifiable. Yet it still said "match found!" and asked me to pay. Whereas other rock apps when a bad pic is taken say "this doesn't look like a rock"
