Can’t add points
The “scanner wand” was broken in the store, so I couldn’t scan the bar code. Employee wouldn’t assist in figuring out a way to add points, and can’t add points after the point of sale.

Finally got an app that works for me. However it took 3X’s, it didn’t want to send me a confirmation, it says my phone number is in your system, duh it’s the only one I’ve had for over 30 years. It won’t let me order extra needed salad dressing which I am willing to pay for. It won’t let me use my name on the CC I want to use, that I pay the bill on.

Terrible phone app. Difficult to use.
Can’t order online nor on the app
Tried to order online but it wouldn’t work. And so I tried to order through the app but it won’t let me do guest orders. I’m done with y’all!
Clunky
Hard to read the text - font selection is weird. The app feels clunky to use.
Much better app than before
I like the app much better. The payment setup is a pain and didn’t tell me which cards were accepted. Tried to enter Amex and it wouldn’t work twice, each time it wipes everything out and makes you start over again. That needs to be fixed so it’s more user friendly.

My family is in love with the triple decker. This sandwich never lets us down. Piled high with ham, turkey, roast beef, and a thick layer of delicious cheese that comes out of the oven pipping hot and bubbly. It’s then topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo
