I use this to sleep. Started off working well but now shuts off randomly waking me up!!!๐ฉ

This app helps me sleep and helps me keep my mind of things Iโm having problems with and YES I will highly recommend it! Use it if you have problems sleeping or if you need to take your mind of things you are having trouble with or just use it to keep you calm because it helps me to be calm when I get mad and yes you can use it if you have ADHD because I do and my ADHD id just a mild form of it but when itโs to quiet I need some kind of sound going on or if itโs to loud I need it to be quiet but if you have ADHD and you have a mild form like me I recommend the app!

Wow!
Free so far. I just downloaded and I am listening to the ocean as I type. I have a migraine and was looking for soothing, distracting white noise or music. This is excellent!
I can use it on my Apple Watch as a standalone!
It plays the Sleep Sounds directly through the Apple watch so I donโt need earphones. Great when I want to nap: all I need is my watch!

I love this. It helps me sleep with a lot of variety. It also gives you good blends and you can make your own blend, But the best part is that it is free. It is very creative and adds your favorite sounds from the real world into one app. All of the other apps I checked were like, 39.99. It also works when you close the app and turn off the phone. This is great!

Amazing Application
Doesnโt cost money when you download. Has a range of different sounds that you can play continually and you can even play two sounds together. Has helped me sleep whilst wearing my Bluetooth speaker headband it definitely cancels out all noises. Even canโt hear my snoring partner beside me.
