It plays the Sleep Sounds directly through the Apple watch so I don’t need earphones. Great when I want to nap: all I need is my watch!

I love this. It helps me sleep with a lot of variety. It also gives you good blends and you can make your own blend, But the best part is that it is free. It is very creative and adds your favorite sounds from the real world into one app. All of the other apps I checked were like, 39.99. It also works when you close the app and turn off the phone. Doesn’t cost money when you download. Has a range of different sounds that you can play continually and you can even play two sounds together. Has helped me sleep whilst wearing my Bluetooth speaker headband it definitely cancels out all noises. Even can’t hear my snoring partner beside me.emiers
