To add certain TAGS you have to get premium. Pretty much everything that would help me is only for premium. Deleted instantly.
Sucked
This app really sucked. It wants to make you pay for your test result, pay if you need someone to talk to, pay for this pay for that. It’s useless and does not help in any way possible. If I could give it 0 stars I would
Unless you have premium it isn’t the best
There wasn’t a whole lot to do. I got really excited about having an AI therapist that could help me right when I needed it without me feeling guilty or embarrassed. They didn’t really allow that unless you had premium. I understand that they have to make money somehow, but I don’t think anyone is going to pay premium for something that we can’t even make sure works.
All you can really do is a digital journal and a mood tracker without premium. I have my notes app and several other self care apps that do that for me already. As a developer I know it can be hard to make an app. I think that this app has extremely good potential, it is just boring unfortunately. Find something that makes your app different from the rest, and instead of forcing people to buy premium maybe advertisements would be better. A well placed advertisement doesn’t bug me that much.

Not sure what happened?
I actually found this app to be incredibly helpful alongside traditional talk therapy. It was a great way to do some work between sessions and I really have made a lot of progress using it. However both the ai therapist and friend features stopped working in my app, deleting and reinstalling just logged me out and now I can’t log back in (but I paid for a year subscription 3 months ago), and when I went to look there are a billion subscription options in various price points but none are explained (there were maybe 3 options for yearly but no details?). I’m not sure what happened. I really enjoy this app but it’s pretty useless to me now and I’m disappointed about that because I found it incredibly helpful.

Regarding your problem: You should try to press the "restore purchase" button on the subscription screen in the app, this should make your subscription active again
Can’t cancel
I can’t cancel during free trial period. Tried to send message and got an error message several times.

I just got the app and whenever it says choose your blob when it goes to the messages it kicks me out of the app.
