I love the fact that the ice is small and chewable love the fact that I can use my app. I wish the ice machine had a timer that I can set in. Chute you don’t really have a full basin it just that it does. It’s not proportional proportion falls out so I wish that part was a little different, so overall it’s OK as long as the ice is chewable

Almost perfect
Only complain I have is that I can’t turn off the alarm (and the light) from the iPhone Lock Screen. I need to unlock it, open the app, and then click stop or snooze. And when I want to snooze, I’d hope it to be easier through the phone instead of getting up and hitting the clock buttons.

This icemaker is incredible. It can start and stop whenever you say you can always start it with the app with no problems. I will be likely to buy another one in the near future. Thank you.

I think it’s a great sleep aid
I don’t know how it works so well but anytime I put the night light setting on I fall asleep immediately, if you’re thinking of getting a hatch I say this works just as well for a fraction of the price
