Onboarding
Onboarding has been a serious pain I’ve been trying to get it done for over an hour….. I’ve managed to get everything done except 1 thing I needed my PC available as well as my phone to do the 2FA and KYC…… but I finished that but the thing that should be the easiest is being the biggest pain of all….. first deposit…. Which I don’t understand why this is needed for the onboarding process I have bought physical packs and I just want to scan them in but I didn’t want to do it until the onboarding process is done but over an hour later I still haven’t got the add funds to load up it just buffers over and over and over….. this shouldn’t even be apart of the onboarding process to begin with but nonetheless I’m gunna keep trying to get it done but geez what a pain it’s been so far to even get everything set up to get started smhShow lessGreat app
The app is great i started collecting from the beginning. There definitely can be some improvements but overall great app. Nothing else like this on the market even if there was more apps like this it would just make HRO more successful. Just like most NFT apps and platforms started out great everything was profitable but not anymore. There is always a chance to get a great card but overall the market is currently not so great. When more members join it will be better.
Hopefully you guys can implement a better burn feature for rewards. We need to get every card over $1 value. We need lots of burns the highest minted card should only be about 5,000 mints.
Lets find a way to raise the floor and make the market place better for everyone. We need to burn 1 million cards to make this more successful for everyone. Good rewards needed for burning. Please bring burning events.Show lessTerrible PR team and support
They screwed over everyone that preordered and supported them during the early stages of the project. Preorders didnt arrive until a month after the cards were already in stores. They never sent out the Pioneer cards and refuse to answer any support emails even after proof of preorder
