Can’t setup account
November 29, 2022:
Just installed app. Attempted to setup account. The step to search for locations doesn’t work. The restaurant I want to add is for the cafeteria at the company where I work. I entered the city, state, ZIP of the company in the search prompt. There were no returned search results. A search really didn’t seem to have engaged. Hence, I couldn’t setup an account. Poor communication between food provider and this app
This app focuses in placing the order and charging “IMMEDIATELY” taking your money right away, done… After that we (the customers) have to figure out in our own all the logistics like the time to pick the food. This app sets pick up time let’s say 1:00pm but that is not the real time your food is ready to be picked up because food provider needs to send a text message notification with a special code to open up the food locker… order was placed at 12:15pm - according to app pick up time is 1:00pm but text message was received 1:18pm 18 min later… Definitely do not rely on pick up times set by this app… it is much faster to go straight to food provider and get the food…Show lessOneTimeMoments
