Firstly, could you please send us a screenshot of the math problem that didn't yield an answer to mathpid_help@wjthinkbig.com? It's worth noting that Mathpid is designed to cover topics for ages 5 to 15, so if you scan math problems beyond that age level, Math Camera may not provide an answer.
If that's not the case, Mathpid might intentionally refrain from providing answers but instead offers step-by-step video explanations and related practice questions to enhance understanding. So, why not give it a try with practice questions and step-by-step explanations if this is the scenario? I think this app also should not have wings b/c I can’t get to keep playing
I hope you will change this app plus you can’t add profiles for my sis or brother
