Driver Beware
I worked 3 months as an independent contractor for this company. The app that you use to make bids on loads works great and is easy to use. However they about they didn’t pay me for my last two runs which totaled in $700. One was from Dallas,Tx to Oklahoma City, Ok $200 and the other one was from Dallas,Tx to El Paso, Tx $500. I have emailed them about 15 times. I have called them about 5 and left voicemails. Also I have text them about 5 times concerning the issue. Each time they tell me the same thing,” Send me the load numbers and I have my manager take a look at it.” This happen back in and May and no one has contacted me. Hi, so it has been over 120 days since I did a load for you guys on March 15-16 and still no payment for my load for 800 or my over night of 150 I held my end of the bargain up and they did NOT. I really am not a person who likes to start problems I just like to work and make an honest living for my children and I. I have called and sent several emails with NO RESPONSE. Your company is the only company that I have ever had issues with over payment. You guys have never even sent me the updated rate con. Including the over night. I just want my money and what's owed to me. I will be calling to FMCSA and department of Labor in PA. and taking any steps that I have to take to get my payment. I do know that you guys are coming off as a brokerage without proper authority I will send all pics of ALL DOCS THAT THEY NEED and I will also be blasting your company on my platform I have over 10,000 people on my pages on about 4 different platforms. So sad that one has to go to this extreme to get what is owed to them.Show lessPay Me!!!

The app is great and so is the company at first . I got my first quick pay on time and everything was great. So the next week I did 3 more jobs and chose quick pay witch for them should say regular pay because it’s 3 to 5 days with 3% taken out . Now it’s been more then 10 days and I’m unable to make anymore runs because I never got any of my quick payments . I have called and Emailed them all week and got no response. Witch is fishy because they were all so nice at first . So now it’s about to be the first of the month and I have no money for bills either . Driver beware! So I finally got a hold of the accounting lady and she told me they were going to send out my quick payments on a Monday night . It’s now Thursday and I haven’t received anything. I call the bank and there is no record of them sending me any money. Don’t run for this company unless you like working for free . Horrible service! Horrible response! Please be careful with this company and pay attention to the reviews as most of them are fake. The reviews regarding pay are higher because they know that’s where they lack. The app is great, the dispatcher are very helpful, but HR and accounting are very shady. Even after you turn in all required paperwork, they still take weeks to pay you. They allow you to complete services for them with no intentions of providing funds. We’ve been waiting on these funds since Dec 2023 and it’s now MayShow lessNeon_Opal
Only reason I give 2 stars is because they where okay up front
I ran 3 loads with A&E. Everything was good I got my first payment and now I have two pending payments that’s been sitting for over 2 weeks now without being paid for. They don’t answer phone calls or reply back to text messages. I’ve reached out by email and text messag and got no response.dae12369
Sophisticated Ponzi
These guys move like a sophisticated Ponzi scheme, until you just stop moving loads because they don’t pay you, they charge you for early pay, but they don’t pay early, recently they just quit paying at all. I’m surprised Apple allows this app to be on our platform and store. As a matter fact, this is a Ponzi scheme instead of cash. They’re taking our time, where in tear on the vehicle, expenses for fuel. To benefit their selves until you realize they’re doing it wrong and then they just quit paying you. Altogether. Disappointed
I took a load and they suppose to pay me $600 standard pay which is 14 days now is one month 14 days they never pay me and the account department will not respond either the dispatcher is a lair they are cool when they want you to carry the load after that they are very rude becareful this company am looking for the right department to report them there is a lot of complaints on Facebook and other platforms about them so avoid them 100% they are scammersShow lessDriver Lsl
The Absolute worse accounting department
This company deserves zero rating. They have the worse accounting team. They only care about their loads getting delivered harrass you the whole time while you in route and then after you deliver they go ghost. The don’t answer when you call and you email accounting and it’s like it falls up on deaf ears. You would think they would like to CHANGE after all the bad reviews and reports they have to the FMSCA they still out her SCAMMING people. Bad business. Tony you were the only saving grace for this company but brother you better find somebody else to work for because they trash straight trash. Don’t ask for quick pay because they gonna take your 3% and still pay you 2 weeks later which is the regular pay out period. A&E you need to revamp this whole business cause you guys are pathetic

Fraude
A&E logistics is by far the worst company ever. I’ve emailed them every single business day since August about an unpaid load. I wasted my time and money driving from Pennsylvania to Houston Tx. They lie to me once a week and not respond for the rest. I’ve literally sent over 100 emails with no resolve. Please do not work for this company. I’ve hired a collection agency to recoup my funds. The positive reviews are literal paid actors. It’s so obvious that’s the only reviews the owner will respond to. This company needs to be shut down immediately. If anyone needs help with a lawyer against this company look into collection agencies. Most don’t charge until they get the funds owed. 0 star company!Show lessLevantarse 2
