Fix it, the app, compability etc
We’re all here because we had the VAVA dash cam which worked fine for a few years and it started beeping and I couldn’t get it to stop. Since it gave me a few years I thought I’d just get another one- SAMOMO sent the dash cam which I installed just like the VAVA brand but when I want to see live footage on the app it doesn’t allow me to see. When I screenshot it works fine, when I want to see the loop it does not allow me- the customer service didn’t really help they just told me to reboot/restart 20x which I expressed I did before contacting them, they sent me another one and i still had the same issue, Loud sigh. I really don’t want to yank out these wires in my car to then reinstall new wires for another brand, just fix it please. Thank you in advance.

Can’t access my dashcam
So I originally purchased the VAVA dual dashcam last may and it worked fine. I tried using it this past weekend and couldn’t get connected to the dashcam so I deleted the app and tried reinstalling it after restarting the dashcam multiple times only to find that the VAVA dashcam app had been discontinued and changed to this new Samomo app with no notice sent to the consumers. Now that I’m in the app, I still can’t access the dashcam because it’s saying that the firmware is out of date but won’t actually let me update it. I’ve tried clicking the update button and it disconnects from the dashcam, tried clicking ok and it disconnects. I went to settings within the app and it says that the firmware is up to date. PLEASE provide a fix for this so that I can actually utilize my dashcam
