首先使用移動裝置打開此App，並在應用內，進行與裝有匹配此App的藍芽設備划船器進行配對連線，連線後，划船器就會自動上傳鍛鍊數據提供給App，進而由App進行數據的整理/統合/運算/儲存/輸出等工作。

How to use:
