The game was going along fine until I cut out the glass from the store window and then you can’t go past that point. So glad I hadn’t already paid for it.

I tried using hints, but it just kept telling me there was nothing else to do in that part of the game. Someone needs to figure this out. I paid for the game and can’t finish it.

I would’ve given this five stars however, it won’t let me go any further than the guy in the gondola. Don’t waste your money.
I have reinstalled game 3 times and the still, I can not give the ferryman the paper because he’s not there when I tap on him. It’s a shame I can’t finish the game. I was enjoying it.
I’m running on an IPad Pro, latest version of iOS. Was enjoying the game but when I needed to give the address to Shady San Palo, the screen doesn’t show the gondolier, just water and I’m unable to move forward. I stopped, unloaded all active games, then restarted and ran into the same bug. At least I hadn’t paid for it yet.
Because I liked the concept, I keep reloading it and invariably come to a play that won't do what it should. It's a different sticking-spot each time--once, no hints. No ink--although I can SEE it sitting there. Hints make no difference, I've found. Forget it.
I’m near the end. I opened the pedestal and took the fan and magic cards. Closed the game for the night, and when I came back, the cards and fan were gone, the pedestal was closed - with the shield in place - and there were no moves left anywhere. I can’t finish the game. I hate wasting money.

Noe of the items work on anything, and help says there is nothing to do. Two stars is generous for a defective product

I am enjoying the game but it is very difficult to understand the games by simply the description. Please rewrite the “How to’s” of the games.
