Subscription scam
Previously I purchased a one-time access to the world cup and that's it but I have now been charged three times more!
There’s no option to unsubscribe in the app or website. I have contacted you via support a while ago and have only now discovered that you want an additional reply to the auto-reply for you to respond to my request. This is ridiculous and looks like scam.
Better avoid the app if you don’t want to lose your money

Great for fans but needs improvements
While it’s great to have an app that allows me to watch so many great basketball games, I have to say that the app could be much better in terms of stability and performance. Especially the background capabilities of the app are far behind other similar apps. Often when I try to open other apps, the feed just stops or casting to my TV is interrupted. It is annoying having to close the app and restart it even if this just take a couple of seconds.

Save your money
Paid $10 to watch fiba basketball, not a single stream has worked yet. This is a borderline scam

Don’t attempt to use FREE VERSION. It’s pointless and offers window shoppin only.
This app is just Super bad and needs a whole new makeover..it appears good it seems like it’s going to be so awesome and that might make it a bigger letdown but… to me it just didn’t function the way u need a sporting app to function! There is certain things people want to see and want to hear. There are things people don’t want to see and hear.. well this app has most of that stuff backwards.. #1 issue 4me, NO box scores on active matches.

Worst Streaming Service on Earth
This is by far the worst streaming service. And their customer service support is even worse. FIBA is officially streamed not thanks to them, but in spite of them. The only star I give them is for the broadcasters, which are good.
How is it possible to do an app that bad

Fairly poor app
I’d appreciate the option to hide scores and the lack of a dedicated iPad app is disappointing. I’ve been trying to watch the FIBA World Cup which I’ve paid for, and the experience has just been frustrating for the most part.
Video player is terrible
It’s absolute cheeks. The rewind and fast-forward buttons don’t work either.
I paid you, now make it better.
No iPad app, so uses iOS compatibility mode even for full-screen playback. Navigation is challenging at best. How hard is it to sort replays by the date the game aired (I would be happy if the date was simply listed as part of the video metadata, which it is not currently). Everything is so close to not being terrible.

Very very very average (in fact bad)
Terrible app. Cuts out. Needs to be reloaded. At guess they found someone in their IT department who wanted to go on a ‘learn how to build an app’ course. Ended up with this useless version.
To the actual app builder - hang your head in shame. I’m on recent iPhone with commercial speed internet - still cuts out constantly. Don’t even get me started on streaming to a screen. Do better.
Oh also FIBA - why do you need to see endless ads if you paid money for the FIBA World Cup. Double dipping. FIBA - an embarrassing governing body - trying to rinse the real fans.
Plus you can’t watch a game after it’s finished.
Unless there is sort of delay. It so bad this app words can’t describe it.
