Never works and always have to delete and redownload
Been using this app for my sons daycare for well over a year. It’s proven very unreliable when it comes to making communications about my son. This has caused major frustrations for us as parents. We pay a lot for daycare and expect this app to work when we need it. This has cause many of us parents to miss important events at the daycares and many other problems. It’s been over a month since I’ve been able to receive messages sent to me and I’ve deleted and redownloaded 10x since then!
When I gave a week notice via the app - ahead of time - that my son would be late one morning by 30 mins due to a doctors appointment- I got there and not only did they never get the message that I later happily showed my receipt on - but they told me “sorry he missed breakfast”. I had to take my son back out into the car, go buy breakfast and have a picnic in the parking lot just so he could eat! It was unbelievable! All this because an app doesn’t work as it should. This app has been a major issue for our entire center for at least 5 months now and all we hear is “we are working on it”. Please fix your app before I find a more reliable center. This is your number 1 form of communication so it should work properly…Show lessFrustrating
Gave it one start because the app is “okay” when it actually works. Seems like the app is down every other day and it’s just frustrating as a parent, to not be able to see updates on your child and receive important messages.This app is used at my new job…but!
The app works well on the daycare tablets, but I am not a user, my picture is not in the app, so I cannot move myself from room to room. It was suggested by my director that I download the app to my phone or tablet, so I did, but there is no place for me to register so I can access the app. There is a password reset option that will send a reset password code to my email, but I am not getting the code because my email is not registered because I cannot figure out how to register.
Update: My regional director sent me an email which I was able to use to register/reset my password and now I can log in, see my students and my account. What I cannot do is check myself in, check my students in, or save any type of Moment. I keep getting “Access denied”. I tried using the QR code to check in, I was still asked for my PIN code, which I do not have. I looked up how to set one up, apparently that is an Admin function and I cannot set it up myself, so I still cannot use this app. I am beyond frustrated at this point and considering reverting back to paper Daily Sheets!
Yall really need a Guest Account that can used while Main Accounts are being set up, as well as another location to move staff and students too called “Emergency Location” to be used in the event the Center has to evacuate students.Show less
