Reviews of Klinic Care App

  • Amazing Service!!!!

This is an extremely amazing service! I got out of prison and was desperately trying to find a place that accepted Medicare. All the local clinics turned me away, but not Klinic. They have helped me throughout the entire process. Their staff/customer service is beyond outstanding. You can reach out to them via text about any issue you might be having with the pharmacy, scheduling or anything that could come up with their service and they will take care of it right away. Dealing with Drs and their offices has always been a pain, but not with Klinic. I highly recommend anyone who needs Suboxone to use this service. I will stay with them as long as they will have me. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with Klinic
  • Nightmare!

My entire experience with this app has been a nightmare. I’ve been double and triple charged for appointments. I’ve been charged for appointments that didn’t even happen. Every time I reach out to the app via the help line, they brush me off. They tell me I need to contact to provider. The provider tells me I have “autopay” on, but there is no option to select autopay. I called the app to find out how to turn off autopay, and they didn’t know where the autopay button is either. Every time I email support, I get a message that the support email isn’t a valid email. This app is so scammy. The provider has taken almost $2000 from me over two months, and she barely meets with me. This is awful. I’ll be switching apps. I’m in the suboxone/subutex program. It’s so hard to find a good MAT program that isn’t just exploiting desperate people for money. This app isn’t it. This app definitely exploits people in need.
  • Horrible scam

They had me sign up and choose a time with a doctor. I installed the app, filled out paperwork and waited 2 hours until the doc messaged me and says “sorry you didn’t confirm the appointment and won’t be seeing you today”.

It was confirmed in the app and with their customer service and she tells me 5 mins before our appointment she can’t do it.

Then lies and says she will message me to
Set up another appointment which never happened.

Wasted hours on this company. Horrible people and horrible doctor that cared absolutely nothing
