Why change something that was perfect !
Response from developer
Shadi Shaltaf, the issue came up with the iOS 16 update which became public on Sep 12. It was resolved with version 1.1.12 made available by our team on Sep 16. That apparently failed to beat you to it. All could've been resolved with a simple inquiry to support but it must be so much more satisfying to slap a pointless one-star rating.
Much needed update!

Could you make an option to go back to older theme ?
Or a contrast options.
All is too bright, letters vs. background.
Thank you
Response from developer
Jakepta, you're referring to the old app, not a different theme that could somehow be switched to. There is no capability in the brand-new app to let users choose "themes" although maybe we need that to make everyone happy. In terms of contrast, the new app is actually mellower considering it doesn't use the orange/black of the old app. Also, colors in general are in the pale tones except perhaps a few in the context of the calendar. Font color is softer than in the old app and the background is off-white. The screenshots for the new app can be seen right here in the app store. Naturally, the device's settings can play a role in one's perception. Can you clarify which elements appear too bright for you based on that? Also, let us confirm, you feel that this makes the app as a whole deserve a borderline D since you knocked off two stars? We'd appreciate it if you could revise your rating if that wasn't your intention. Also, if you'd like to provide general feedback, know that you can use the feedback option under the More menu or email support directly.

I was resistant to it at first, but I am now grateful for the changes that were made. :)

Did the thought that the difficulty you were having may be related to a network connection cross your mind? Perhaps something else but whatever the case it would've been more effective to deal with by contacting support? You say other bugs, which other bugs? Our new app was piloted for 6 months prior to being released. It's certainly possible and even likely there're bugs but you aren't naming any. You really aren't reviewing the app, you're reacting to a moment of frustration which, ironically, may not even be connected to the app. It's all too easy and unfair to do that behind the anonymity of a review, 12fhcg. Please provide your name so that we can reach out to understand what you think are the actual shortcomings of the app. In other words, obtain information from you that we can turn into a positive action of improving the app.
It should be 0 stars

Ania, we see that you've just transitioned to the new app and spent almost no time in it. It's unhelpful and unfair to rate the app based on your frustration of having encountered something that's different. Anyone can relate to the inconvenience we feel when our routines are disrupted. But there are more effective ways of dealing with that like contacting support to ask questions. We'd be happy to walk you through the new app to show you how much it's improved in every way. The problem with leaving a negative rating out of frustration due to change alone is that it serves no benefit. There is nothing in your feedback that could be turned into a positive action of improving the app. You aren't indicating any issues and, frankly, you couldn't because we know the new app provides quicker access to information and has more capabilities which are more polished. You are unhappy as a result of the extra effort given the new app is different as opposed to what's become automatic actions in the old app. We hope that after spending some time with the new app, you'll come back to revise your review to be more objective.
ZERO STAR
Response from developer
Zero stars, really? You realize that it doesn't make sense. You've gone on to review based on frustration of seeing something different and needing extra effort (initially) to figure it out. Anyone can relate to being frustrated when an automatic skill is disrupted. Speaking factually though, the new app is easier in every way. We don't say this because we think so but because we made sure in designing it that, for example, it doesn't take more clicks to do anything and for many it takes fewer. We piloted the app for 6 months prior to release, incorporating real-life feedback. Besides quicker access to information, the new app is faster and more capable across all functions. Unfortunately, you didn't try to figure it out before jumping to review, providing no detail. Please explain which aspects possibly take you more taps than before. Better yet, call us if you'd like us to walk you through the new app and show you how simple and powerful it really is. We guarantee you that after spending a little bit of time, you'll grow to appreciate the new app. We hope, Makabayan101, that you'll find it in you then to come back and revise your review in reflection of your experience as opposed to frustration on transition.

We like feedback but one that helps us improve the app. Your review doesn't. You've spent a few minutes with the new app and rushed to leave your rating. Yes the new app is different, yes you won't find things in the same place as before and yes it can be frustrating to have to relearn what's become automatic. However, the app itself is a huge improvement in every way. We know based on our design efforts and measurements that it takes less time to accomplish tasks. We also know this from having piloted the app for 6 months prior to release, improving it further based on real-user feedback. You mention "Unable to copy interventions and progress" but that's not because the new app doesn't allow it, it's an issue of documentation which we could've helped you resolve instantly if you chose to ask us for help. You say "It took me long time to find signature page" - see "yes you won't find things in the same place as before" above. Your feedback provides no information that points to the app not being capable or simple to use. It reflects the frustration of encountering a disruption to your routine. There are more effective ways of dealing with that, for example reaching out to support. We'd be happy to walk you through to make the transition easier. We can only hope that after you work with the new app for a while and realize its prowess, that you come back to revise your review in reflection of that experience as opposed to the general inconvenience of transitioning from old to new:-)

Debi, your review is unfair and factually incorrect. You've admitted as much yourself writing to us that you were "very upset with the situation and frustrated with the IT tech at the time". Changes in general can be frustrating and everyone gets it. Especially when it's a change to something that you've learned over an extended period. Yet it's unjust to be trashing the app on the basis of being frustrated due to change alone. It also provides no benefit to anyone other than perhaps to you with a momentary feeling of satisfaction having channeled off the frustration. The new app is better in every aspect. Information is quicker to get to, the app itself is significantly faster and more capable across the board. We say this because we took pains to measure everything that could be measured which affects one's productivity. On top of that, we incorporated feedback from users having piloted the new app for 6 months prior to public release. We hope that after spending some time with the new app, you'll come back to revise your review to share your experience as opposed to frustration for unrelated reasons.
