Very VERY VERY limited thongs you do on this app Mobile Check Deposit Never Works
Tried depositing checks multiple times from multiple corporations it never works. The transactions dont show anything besides current months transactions. Quite frustrating
Touch ID not working
For two months which seems to be the last update Touch ID is not working. I have an iPhone 8. I have to enter my password every time and it won’t let me activate Touch ID.
As somebody who uses this app all the time this is extremely irritating. When I reported it to the bank they just told me to reinstall it - which doesn’t look like it’s going to help because there’s no new version.
It looks like by the reviews they implemented Face ID and I’m guessing that when they did that they broke the touch ID. That’s bad QA. I used to be in charge of IT Quality so that’s an educated comment!!

App has bugs
It’s been forcing me to login without my Touch ID at least a month it’s really irritating. When I call the bank (I’ve had 23 years) they are clueless and the manager Crystal who came with the Bank of So Cal never follows up. Also irritating.
Mobile deposit
Love the idea of the mobile deposit. Scanning the back of the check, only works about half the time Commonly got can’t read signature even though it is a stamp.

Negative change
I just made a deposit using mobile banking. Changing your format seems at first use to be a step backward. It was more difficult to use than before. Instead of an easy and smoother way of making a deposit, I found the experience more difficult. “ If it ain’t broken, then don’t fix it. Leave it alone “
