I can not get into my app and I just got paid!
My direct deposit came today and my app won’t even open. It’s just keeps displaying a loading screen and won’t me in my account! I need help I can even contact the customer service because it’s just tell me to go into the app that won’t load!Carlosdillon3

It doesn’t update your pay daily been using the app for almost a month and still no different available wage and I work 12 hour shifts everyday but never updatesMoneyace59

Hi. We do update daily. What is likely happening here is that your account is hitting the limit for no-fee advances for the pay period. The amount will not go higher once that limit is reached. The GoDo Support TeamDifficulties with App and Customer Support
First, customer support is very slow to reply. Secondly, their system for picking up payroll has taken 2 weeks so far to validate my payouts to which the problem got escalated and still isn’t resolved because the tech team is behind on tickets. Third, I got paid today and now the app keeps crashing and won’t load even though a portion of my paycheck was deposited into the account. So I can’t access that either. This has been a frustrating and heartbreaking experience to have when my car broke down and I needed repairs done and now I can’t even access my paycheck after trying to get an advance for over 2 weeks now.Show lessillegalPhobia
