Poor customer service, not worth your time
It seemed like a good option - therapy via text for an affordable price with some other supports available.
When I realized it was a time scheduled text/chat not a respond when I can, and the therapist to respond during their office hours, I cancelled and requested a refund (less than 24 hrs after signing up). It was not what I was looking for.
Now almost three weeks later I have been fighting with customer care to refund me after not using their program at all. It has been round about logic, not following their listed policies, and new reasons why I do not qualify.
Feels like a scam. Beware.

No return messages
The auto renew is on by default when you enter credit info for a free one time “test” meeting. I never got even the first meeting because therapist referred me to someone else. New person never replied to message I sent for over 2 weeks. I was charged 50 dollars a week due to “1 session a week” except I never got even the first free session. Don’t use, this is a scam with scammy practices.

BE AWARE THIS THERAPY MANTRA IS A SCAM!!!!!!
I would give this app 0 star if it was possible. This app is a scam.
Poor UI
The app is slow, and the drop-down/buttons don't work with one click. It's not built user friendly. It's very difficult to navigate through the app. I would request full stack or backend and front-end developer to work on it with proper test cases and bug fixes.
scam
if i could put 0 stars, i would. they don’t give you any services worth paying for (like therapy sessions over text?) and then tell you that you need to pay more. i had to dispute the cost with the bank because they were talking in circles when i asked for a refund. this is supposed to be for people with low income and it’s just a way for them to take ur money.
