Why do you release an app you can’t use?

I clicked on the link for article, the app crashed. I looked at the instruction for stay, it says tell your dog to stay… then I looked at the chat, i can’t type in anything or chat with anyone. So why do you release it if the user can’t really use it? Very disappointed…

The app offers professionally tailored programs for dog parents that are curated by experienced dog trainers and veterinarians. Users can also exchange their experiences with other dog parents and share videos and pictures of their pets. Your smart pet will learn obedience.

Loving it！So cool！

So far Amigo and I are loving this app. He's mastering the commands quite well. The example videos are fantastic. I especially like the video feature in Post, which can show Amigo's interesting life state very well. I love the Activities they give you with each training. And the quizzes have helped me understand my dog much better. I think this app is 5 stars. It's a lot more affordable than working with a trainer, though I haven't committed to upgrading yet I am certain I will soon. Of course there are instances when a trainer is necessary. I'd like Amigo to stop lunging at other dogs to play and could use some help with a trainer for that, and for his incessant barking in our yard when dogs pass. We take Amigo to a doggy day care to socialize with other dogs once a week which is extremely important. This app is great for basic training but your dog has a lot of needs, socializing with other dogs, playing with you and of course walking and exercise! For basic training and ideas on commands and having a better understanding of your dogs needs this app is 5 stars!
