Great but...
The game won't tilt to match your device orientationGreat game
Very entertaining and surprisingly in depth with its systemsTutorial would be nice
Game looks cool, gameplay itself is kinda fun, but i have absolutely no idea what i’m doing, game never told me anything, and it’s kinda hard to figure out what exactly i should be doing to win and not die every time to seemingly nothingWould be a fun game, but
This game is a fun little time waster, and it’s got a pretty solid gameplay loop. However, you immediately run into a wall when missiles are introduced in more difficult missions. There is no counter to them and they are extremely difficult to dodge, and they pretty much ruin the game.Hidden gem
Wonderful concept, perfect use of medium. Fun for casual players and military geeks. The missile knows where it is because it knows where it isn't.Good game
Pretty nice, would appreciate more upgrade options.Great game to play when you’re bored
One of the things I like is being able research missiles and add upgrades. One thing that kinda bugs me is you need to grind a lot of money in order to buy the more advanced upgrades and designs. I like the new bounties system which definitely helps with buying new upgrades and designs.its ight
The grinding is alot since tier 3 missions are really difficult and your missiles get really expensiveReally good
Had since last October, fun to play on and off. Wasn’t expecting an update, but I’m well chuffed it’s here!SAMs *are* beatable
The SAMs are hard, it’s true. But here are a few strategies that will increase your chances:
(Almost all of these apply to AA cannons too)
Get the HUD upgrades. Essential to know when you’ve been seen and if a missile is in the air.
SEAD: prioritize destroying enemy radar and watchtowers before mission targets
Terrain Hiding: sensors can’t see through terrain, so plot your approach course carefully to stay in the “shadow” for as long as possible. This is even true for AA guns!
Sacrificial missile: launch 2 missiles in quick succession on similar courses. One will die, the other will make it through. Kind of a cool mechanic tbh to be able to switch between them all in flight simultaneously!
Dodging SAMs: get a missile with boost mode, and aim a few degrees to the side. When the SAM gets close, hit the boost and turn sharply towards your target. You may need to upgrade motors.
I had so much fun that I eventually spent real money to do tons of upgrades—to buy the developer a coffee for a great game, AND the game is still challenging even with all upgrades!
Looking forward to more updates!Show less
