■ Multi-Restaurant Support
You can now create and manage multiple restaurants in the app, making it easier for multi-unit teams to stay organized.
■ Resolution Methods
We've replaced the "Send to App" feature with new Resolution Methods. Now, when creating an issue, you can choose how it will be resolved: in person, with a app reward, an offer card, or custom instructions. Issues that need follow-up are tagged as "Action Required," with push notifications sent to alert the relevant users on your team.

The main menu is now a tab bar, making it quicker to access key features. A new button above the keyboard also makes it faster to fill out text fields when documenting issues.

We fixed a bug where dividers weren't showing on iPads and made small UI improvements for a smoother experience.
Restore made our customer complaint system so much more efficient. Our store was using a binder that we hand wrote all customer complaints in alphabetical order. Far too often, customers information was lost because pages were torn, or employees wrote info in the wrong spot. Now, we have Restore and just search the name and boom, done. It’s helped prevent lot of guests from getting frustrated with us from not being able to find their information, and saved our team a ton of time.
