Order filled money missing
I would NOT trust this app. Been profitable since getting this app and using it to trade. Tonight I placed a trade to the short side. Position went in my favor by 25% and I decided to take profit. I bought to close most of the position and all of the sudden all of the money from that trade vanished and support will not respond now. Stay away as it appears they are stealing customers money. A +25% profit trade turned into a 100% loss because of thieves.

MargeX stole my money
MargeX sent out an email and due to a liquidity issue not only closed out my xrp trade that was up 1800 percent, they also took back the gains i had previously closed on. Idk how that is even legal but do not use this platform.
Profits clawed back
Would have been very proud of my decision to use this app, however, recent xrp surged, and my large profits were not only clawed back to cover the losses caused by margex’s TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, but they are charging the equivalent in usd as the price tanks due to their disablement of all XRP trades. I now have less capital then I started with.
I would like to see this entity fail, and I will be careful to choose my next trading platform. Worst experience of my life.

Stole $73k from me
These guys have recently scammed me of $73k by reverting trades with XRP. They literally acted as if the trades never happened and took out $73k from my account. I will be getting lawyers involved unfortunately and I recommend everyone to stay away from this app
Thieves. Do NOT use margex.
No one purchase Margex. I had a beautiful trade heavily in the profits for XRP. I had the entry price of .60 cents all the way to its current price at 2.52$. I was no where near liquidation and my stop loss was at 1.50$ I wake up to my position no where to be in sight. Not on active orders. Not on position history. I even had my margin returned with no gains. After contacting support who took a whole day to respond, I was not able to resolve the issue. All because they stated they are having third party issues regarding XRP and leverage long position. Something fishy going on Forsure and I hope they get audited. They stole my thousands of dollars.

It’s a scam
I just recently tried to do a withdrawal and they said I had to a compliance with KYC. My account has been locked out and my 2FA authenticator has stopped working. My withdrawal was for 53,000 XRP to my uphold wallet. And the response in trying to get into contact with someone has been terrible. Emails are not responsive. So many reviews are saying that it’s a bad app. I didn’t invest much but the profit was what I was working for. And it’s very heart breaking to not get it.

BEWARE SCAM
They let you trade on there, but WILL NOT send you your money! Non existent customer service. No phone number to talk to anyone, just play email tag until you realize there’s nothing you can do. Trade at your own risk.

If you check the price it’s not the same as other exchanges. When you buy it always buys above the current price or it will not complete the transaction and when you sell or you hit the stop loss it always is below that price. So you are always buying higher and selling lower than you expect and that’s if your stop loss or take profits hit because it doesn’t half the time. Please don’t use this exchange
