My ex-girlfriend used to tell me that simply coloring was very calming for her. I never believed her and thought it was for children, but then I heard about this app. I gave it a try just to prove I was right, but surprisingly it worked! It really helped me slow down and reduce stress. I think it’s because you put all of your focus on such a simple task that your brain stops thinking about everything else.
I was a skeptic, but now I’m a believer. Do some coloring and you’ll feel much better and be more relaxed. It’s great as an “unwinding” activity before bed.
