I ordered a back pack a couple months ago now. Unfortunately I wasn’t home during the attempted delivery by Star Track. They couldn’t leave in a save place or send it to the post office without the sender consent and extra payment for the post office delivery. My parcel was sent back to UPS depo I can’t rearrange for the item to be redelivered, it has to be done by the sender. I called Star Track and UPS multiple times, again they can’t do anything it has to be arranged by the sender.
Mat &Nat customer service is not responsive and they only advise I received is call Star Track like it’s not their problem anymore.
I wonder did anyone had similar issue. I would still like to receive my item or a refund.
Honestly I love the products but I will never place an order directly through their website again.
