Mind Tutor

Mind Tutor is an AI-based app that helps first-year university students to pursue their educational goals in a way that maintains, or even increases, their wellbeing during their first year of study – a time which is known to be particularly challenging for them. The app is available to students alongside their online learning materials. It provides an easily accessible mechanism for students to obtain resources to assist them with the setting of study goals and mindfulness exercises that promote good mental health. In addition, it provides access to relevant university-specific content of well-being support.
