Awesome app but has some minor issues…..
I love the app. Taught very well. I had the same problem with it spinning, but it usually straightens out after a little bit or just completely shuts off and disappears and I have to reopen the app again. I tried learning a little bit but haven’t had a chance to get back on the app for a while now and I just opened the app and it has an explanation point where the photo should be and then the title of each category underneath. Like the running man with an explanation point above in the middle where the pic should be. It wasn’t like that before. I am able to select it still and get the video though but it’s like a blank page with titles. Maybe you should do an update and fix the bugs like the other apps do if possible. Because it’s an awesome app to learn how to shuffle. You teach very well Sri.Lilladypurple
Nothing will load
This app is useless because I can’t watch a single video. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. So frustrating.JLynnB77
App is Non-Functional
I realllllly wanted this to work. I used the limited free tutorials and was excited for more, even though the app is super buggy with no clear way to notify support. Then I foolishly purchased premium and can’t access it at all. I am currently on the line with Apple support trying to get a refund.Mollificent

Basic design issue!
I can’t even review the contents of this app because I can’t load any of it. The intro and help videos play fine because I assume they are already downloaded. When I try to open an instruction video the app just spins and spins. Is it downloading the entire video before playing it? I have no idea. It should buffer the first few seconds, begin playing, and continue to download in the background. My WiFi connection is fast. At least 500mbps, but I’ve never actually had enough patience to wait for the videos to appear. It’s talking a LONG time considering today’s technology. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I don’t think so.
Update: It turns our this is only a problem with the first video teaching Running Man. The other videos work fine. Too bad because it’s the first move anyone should learn. Otherwise the move breakdowns and instruction are top notch!SD2606
