If it ain’t broke

I had no problems with the previous version of this app. The new version is simply so unstable that it cannot be relied upon. I am seriously thinking of changing my security set up if this is not sorted in the near future.

Connection error

Update: 27 July 2024 - sorry to say these issues still remain in the evening and morning. It’s as if your servers can’t cope with people setting / unsetting alarms. Please revisit.

Not sure what you’ve done however I keep getting connection failures over the past month.

Issues since update

Taking several attempts to set/ unset my alarm. Keep getting error messages. Please can this be sorted

Not reliable- poor

Previous version of app was great. Could always rely on been able to login and access control panel.
In contrast this version is poor. Reliability is shocking. It’s very hit and miss if you can log in (I’d say works 50% of time) very disappointing.

Outage in June when severs went down meant no one could access their alarm remotely. Only updates on service status was via their LinkedIn page. Very poor communication.

Will be seeking alternative service soon when contract is renewed.

Such a shame- was once great!

Receive an error every time I try to remote set

Since moving to the new app it takes at least 5 minutes to finally set constantly battling error messages and unable to connect

Connection Error

Frequently fails to connect so impossible to manage the alarm. I’m paying for this and the app doesn’t deliver. Notifications(if I get one) can come 10 mins late. Not very helpful if the alarm goes off and someone is breaking in! Fix it ASAP please.

App was reliable but…..

The app was working fine before the latest update now sporadically I get error messages while trying to log in which results in not being able to set my alarm. I reached out to the developers but had nothing back. It’s not a free app either so extremely disappointing.
