I would recommend to go to the nearest branch and close the account and create an account with other banks. That itself will take less time than setting this up.
Setting up is an absolute hassle, even for tech literate. just imagine how difficult it would be for normal people.
The app does not allow copy and paste, how are you suppose to use it with password manager?
The security question’s answers is character limited here, a long answer accepted in their website can’t be used here.
Once you go through all the hassle, the features are very limited. You can’t transfer fund to an account without first adding it to your favourite account?
Every time you want to log in, you first need to provide the username and password. No biometric setup. Once provided, you need to provide the security questions every time.
There is no usability design taken into account. The head of app development needs to be fired.
