Really Liked this App.. But… 👎
I have been playing this app since I first saw a couple app commercials for it. Really did enjoy the plenty of mini games you can play and compete to win real cash or more gems. I planned originally to rate this app better but I wanted to truly put this app through a test. I had plenty of moments I have ran into unfair glitches within games where it’s quite obvious what the customer service reviews… is not what you saw or the other player. I had a $60 bet for $100 not get relieved after I even had the representative claim it was a Yellow Hit marker on Bear Blaster. They then proceeded to argue with me and try and take back their response like they didn’t screw me the past several smaller bets. I’ve been refunded fairly plenty of other times before and now it really is starting to get frustrating when you reviewed evidence for days and they continue to deny you proper service. I was even ignored for several days and left with no answers from anyone but the same guy. So much for “Triumph VIP service”… beware of this app… you can make crazy good money but they don’t have your back when their game glitches up and you want your bet refunded for rewager

Love the game but…..
Let me first say this is a really fun and awesome app gameplay experience wise. Now for the competitive portion of it I have my doubts about whether or not there are any bots present in this app or not. It’s just suspect that all of a sudden out of the blue I’m never in a winning match on one particular game I use to always love to play on there. Yea, in the beginning I was killing it and actually had hope it was the real deal with absolutely no bots, but in recent playing I seem to NEVER win a match playing this particular game. Last night when I attempted to play I noticed all of my matches would end at different times although we both entered the match at the same time and I played until the timer ended out of curiosity and sure enough every single match my other opponent was supposedly “still playing” after the timer was done and all that good stuff. I even took a penalty on one match to verify and yup oddly enough my opponent was still playing this timed event well after the game ended for me. There are other coincidences you could say. Still was definitely a fun experience and yours may be different than mine. But as far as giving them my money willingly just to lose? Naw, I’m good.

Unfair Matchmaking/Risk to Reward
Bro they put you against people who are 4 sometimes 5 league ranks ahead of you I am in gold league why am I getting matched with a diamond league or grandmaster league this is like playing rainbow six siege and your a gold and getting matched with champions. So matchmaking sometimes it not fair and I have 2 other big complaints that could make the game better the risk to reward is terrible why am I risking 12$ to get back 20$ it’s never a 2x of your money you put in but my other complaint is that when you are playing I wish it can tell you your opponents score so you know when you can stop playing because the way they have it you can’t stop playing you have to try your hardest and clench you buttcheeks every match but other than these problems it’s ok…

Hello! Here to clarify some of your concerns. League ranks are not indicative of skill as players get higher ranks based on amount of crowns won total. One dollar won equates to one crown so players who wager for larger amounts will receive more crowns than players who wager for less. That is not to say that they have a higher win rate or score higher in their games. I hope this helps!

This app is fun, as it has lots of different games to choose from in which you’re able to compete against others for gems, or real money.
Unfortunately, it seems to be rigged quite unfavorably for players. The games, such as flappy man, that require “skill” are usually quite janky, resulting in losses that are questionably deserved. The games that are a mix of skill, and luck, such as solitaire, seem to quite regularly be impossible to complete due to unfavorable RNG. When you complete a tournament and see 6/6 players were unable to get even halfway through the deck, it’s pretty clear what’s happening.
All in all, there is a 0% chance I would ever recommend anyone put real money into this app, which is unfortunately the main premise. There is a free currency you can earn that still makes it playable, which makes the premise just okay at the end of the day. If the games were less janky, I would give the app 3 stars. If the games were more fair, I’d increase it to at least 4.

Hello, All Triumph tournaments that you play against another tournament are the same seed. Meaning that if both (or multiple) players have the exact same inputs, they would have the same outputs. That is how this is skill-based and not gambling. Games like solitaire may not always be solvable so it is up to the player to determine that quickly and end the game to get a time bonus. Totally honest review so far
So far, I’ve enjoyed the app as something nice to do in your free time. There is one thing that you all should pay attention to!! When you are pulling your money out as it says it won’t let you pull your bonus amount out, It WILL STILL remove it from your account for some odd reason. Had about $40 I earned and when I went to cash out, it told me I could only pull out about 26 since there was bonus cash you were unable to receive, what isn’t necessarily clear is that it also will just take it reguardless, it says “ bonus, cash is forfeited upon withdrawal” which may come off confusing. what that means is it deletes the bonus cash from your account when you try to pull out. Overall, good game, but I really wish that wasn’t a thing I feel like anyone with more money in their account would be a little ticked if they didn’t pay attention to that.
